Referring Attorneys

Our practice has been in Quincy, Canton, and the greater Boston area for over 20 years. We have a long history of handling cases in and around Norfolk, Barnstable, Bristol, Plymouth, Essex, and Suffolk counties. We practice in the Superior, District, and Federal Courts. A high percentage of our cases comes from attorneys referring clients to our office. Over the years, we have assembled a strong network of referring attorneys. They have become accustomed to sending us their clients to handle the specific criminal cases which have arisen.

We concentrate on criminal litigation, including:

Our Approach to Referrals

The first rule we follow is that these clients remain the clients of the referring attorney. Any non-criminal issues that arise are sent back to the referring attorney. We frequently meet with clients at the referring attorney's office and often alongside the referring attorney. We have become a criminal law firm ready for referrals and advice for attorneys seeking to help their clients.

Many criminal cases can trigger ramifications outside of the specific matter that may involve professional licenses and other noncriminal issues. We also concentrate on representing clients at the Registry of Motor Vehicles, the Sex Offender Registry Board, and Parole and Probation Hearings.

"Out-of-town" attorneys often refer matters to us because of our reputation for knowing the local courts and our history of involvement in the local bar and legal community. We frequently represent college students from outside of the area whose parents feel the need to have their children represented for various reasons.
